Deloitte Ride Across Brittain for Dream4Kids

The bags are packed and the hours slowly tick away, while we're waiting to take the Ferry to THE Britain we will ride across in the coming days ahead. To those who already supported us, thanks! == STORY
Every kid should be able to dream, regardless of physical or mental disabilities. Especially kids with a trauma deserve some wonderful and dream-ish day out! Dream4Kids aims to do this and because of this great ambition and purpose, we (Deloitte) already sponsored them before, supporting them with their Salesforce implementation (via Deloitte Impact Foundation).

Beginning of September, we - Jasper, Tom and Reinier - will be cycling from Land's End (South of England) to John O'Groats (North of Schotland). Together with two colleagues from PostNL we'll try to complete this lovely and scenic ride of 1.561 kilometers (970 miles) and 16.000 altimeters in 9 days (4th till 12th) only.

The ride is organised by Deloitte UK in combination with Threshold Sports, and their staff will make sure our tents, food and luggage will be set-up each day on arrival at that days' finish (so in fact, we only have to cycle ;) ). Since 2010, this event was always organised with a charity-purpose, and therefore we would also like to raise some awareness and money for Dream4Kids.

It is our dream to complete this epic ride, and also to sponsor Dream4Kids to make the dreams of those kids come true too!
